O g\u00fcnden sonra, bug\u00fcn Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n kuzey hudutlar\u0131 say\u0131lan \u00e7izgi, \u0130slam medeniyetinin i\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc; u\u00e7, merkezle konu\u015ftu; g\u00fcvenlik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrle, siyaset ilimle birle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Malazgirt\u2019in arka plan\u0131nda, Abbasi hilafeti ile Sel\u00e7uklular aras\u0131nda \u00f6r\u00fclen sa\u011flam bir ittifak durur. 447\/1055\u2019te Ba\u011fdat\u2019\u0131n B\u00fcveyh\u00ee bask\u0131s\u0131ndan kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131, yaln\u0131z bir asker\u00ee tahliye de\u011fil; hilafetin vakar\u0131n\u0131n iadesi, \u0130slam beldelerinde idarenin ve ilmin yeniden nizam bulmas\u0131 demekti. Bu zeminde Araplar\u0131n hilafet merkezinden y\u00fckselen moral ve siyasal deste\u011fi, K\u00fcrt beylerinin Mezopotamya-Do\u011fu Anadolu hatt\u0131ndaki co\u011fraf\u00ee k\u00f6pr\u00fc rol\u00fcyle birle\u015fti. Musul ve Cezire havzalar\u0131ndan gelen Arap sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar, Ahlat-Van \u00e7evresinden kat\u0131lan K\u00fcrt kuvvetleri ve T\u00fcrkmen atl\u0131lar\u0131, Alp Arslan\u2019\u0131n sanca\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda tek saf h\u00e2line geldiler. Bu manzara \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fterek en \u00f6nemli destan\u0131n\u0131 yazd\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sel\u00e7uklu-Abbasi i\u015f birli\u011finin ger\u00e7ek devrimi, k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki kalemi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesiydi. Nizamiye medreseleri bir e\u011fitim \u015febekesi olarak yaln\u0131z f\u0131k\u0131h ve kel\u00e2m\u0131 de\u011fil, idarecili\u011fi, iktisad\u0131 ve adaleti de yeniden kurdu. Bu kurumlar, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn tabiriyle sivil toplumun n\u00fcvelerini do\u011furdu; vak\u0131flarla ta\u015f\u0131nan adalet ve ilim, \u015fehir dokusunu tazeledi. Ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda K\u00fcrt, Arap ve T\u00fcrk talebeler yeti\u015fti; ortak dil ilim, ortak hedef nizam oldu. B\u00f6ylece g\u00fcvenlik bir \u201csadece s\u0131n\u0131r\u201d meselesi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p toplumun adaletiyle i\u00e7ten beslenen bir d\u00fczen fikrine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Nizamiye medreselerinin kurucusu \u0130mam Gaz\u00e2l\u00ee\u2019ye de hocal\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f olan b\u00fcy\u00fck alim \u0130m\u00e2m\u00fc\u2019l-Haremeyn el-C\u00fcveyn\u00ee, \u201cG\u0131yas\u00fc\u2019l-\u00dcmem f\u00ee \u0130ltiy\u00e2si\u2019z-Zulem\u201d adl\u0131 eserinde, \u00fcmmetin b\u00fct\u00fcn fertlerinin nas\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk komutan\u0131 Alp Arslan\u2019\u0131n arkas\u0131nda birle\u015fti\u011fini ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde anlat\u0131r. C\u00fcveyn\u00ee, \u00f6zellikle Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flayacak muharebede \u0130slam beldelerinin her k\u00f6\u015fesinden Sultan Alp Arslan ve ordusu i\u00e7in dualar\u0131n y\u00fckseldi\u011fini, minberlerden yap\u0131lan bu niyazlar\u0131n adeta bir \u00fcmmet seferberli\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Tarih\u00e7i \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l-Es\u00eer\u2019in nakletti\u011fi sahne, ordunun ruhunu g\u00f6sterir: Alp Arslan Cuma vaktinde askerleriyle namaz k\u0131ld\u0131; a\u011flad\u0131, dua etti ve \u201cD\u00f6nmek isteyen d\u00f6ns\u00fcn; burada art\u0131k emreden bir sultan yoktur\u201d dedi. Beyazlar giydi\u2014\u201cE\u011fer \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrsem, bu benim kefenimdir.\u201d At\u0131n\u0131n kuyru\u011funu ba\u011flad\u0131; ordu da onu izledi. Bu, \u201cya \u015fehadet ya nusret\u201d iradesiydi.<\/p>\n<p>Sultan\u2019\u0131n daha evvel do\u011fudaki hanedanlarla kurdu\u011fu s\u0131hri ba\u011flar arkas\u0131n\u0131 emniyete alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131; \u015fimdi bat\u0131da esas imtihan yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sultan \u00f6nce sulh teklif etti; kibir reddetti. O anda devreye bir ba\u015fka kuvvet girdi: ilmin ve duan\u0131n kudreti. Alim Ebu Nasr el-Buh\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin \u201cCuma saatinde minberlerden y\u00fckselen dualarla \u00e7arp\u0131\u015f\u201d tavsiyesi, ordunun moral s\u00fctunlar\u0131ndan biriydi.<\/p>\n<p>Malazgirt\u2019in asker\u00ee dili, u\u00e7lar\u0131n zek\u00e2s\u0131d\u0131r: vur-ka\u00e7, sahte ric\u2018at, \u00e7evirme ve ku\u015fatma. Alp Arslan, ordusunu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck birliklere ay\u0131r\u0131p d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 kendi arzu etti\u011fi mevzide i\u00e7eri \u00e7ekti; ok ya\u011fmuru atl\u0131lar\u0131n d\u00fczenini bozdu; toz ve duman Bizans\u2019\u0131 k\u00f6r etti. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n soluk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 her menzilde bir pusu, her hamlede bir gayb\u00ee kap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Neticede Bizans\u2019\u0131n kalbi yar\u0131ld\u0131; imparator esir d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Sultan, \u201cBen bar\u0131\u015f teklif etmi\u015ftim\u201d diyerek iktidar\u0131n asaletiyle konu\u015ftu; fidye, esirlerin sal\u0131verilmesi ve siyasi \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tan\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131yla bir d\u00fczen kurdu. K\u0131l\u0131c\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 veren merhametin siyaseti i\u015fte budur.<\/p>\n<p>Bizans kaynaklar\u0131, yenilginin hik\u00e2yesini i\u00e7eriden anlat\u0131r: acele ve kibir; ordunun yanl\u0131\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi; tecr\u00fcbeli komutanlar\u0131n uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n reddi. Sel\u00e7uklu taktiklerinin \u00e7evikli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131r Bizans g\u00f6vdesi manevra edemedi. Bu sadece bir meydan bozgunu de\u011fil, bir \u201cg\u00fcvenlik akl\u0131\u201dn\u0131n da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. Devlet, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 korumakla kalmay\u0131p toplumsal dokusunu besleyemezse, kale i\u00e7ten y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r\u2014Malazgirt bunu g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>Malazgirt, bir kap\u0131 aralad\u0131: T\u00fcrkmenler dalgalar h\u00e2linde Anadolu i\u00e7lerine akt\u0131; u\u00e7larda yeni beylikler do\u011fdu; 1077\u2019de S\u00fcleyman \u015eah idaresinde Anadolu Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti kuruldu. Demografik ve iktisad\u00ee denge de\u011fi\u015firken Bizans\u2019\u0131n tah\u0131l ambarlar\u0131 kurudu, asker\u00ee dev\u015firme kanallar\u0131 t\u0131kand\u0131, merkez\u00ee sinir sistemi fel\u00e7 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ve daha m\u00fchimi: Avrupa\u2019da \u201cDo\u011fu\u2019daki kap\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u201d pani\u011fi do\u011fdu. Roma ile Konstantiniyye aras\u0131ndaki mezheb\u00ee ayr\u0131\u015fma dahi, \u201cortak tehdit\u201d alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtemedi; papal\u0131k \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131yla Ha\u00e7l\u0131 Seferleri ba\u015flad\u0131. B\u00f6ylece Malazgirt, iki asr\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir gerilimin tetikleyicisi oldu; fakat ayn\u0131 zamanda Anadolu\u2019da yeni bir \u0130slam devleti, yeni bir \u015fehirle\u015fme, yeni bir ilim ve adalet mimarisi filizlendi. Bu ikisi\u2014sefer ve in\u015fa\u2014tarihin bir madalyonunun iki y\u00fcz\u00fc gibi birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Malazgirt\u2019in as\u0131l miras\u0131, \u201cb\u00f6lgesel g\u00fcvenlik\u201d fikrinin meden\u00ee kurumlarla tahkimidir. Nizamiye medreseleri, kad\u0131 te\u015fkilat\u0131, vak\u0131flar, kervan yollar\u0131, ribatlar\u2014bunlar yaln\u0131z z\u0131rh de\u011fil, z\u0131rh\u0131n i\u00e7indeki kalptir. T\u00fcrk atl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evikli\u011fi, K\u00fcrt beylerinin arazi h\u00e2kimiyeti ve lojisti\u011fi, Arap \u015fehirlerinin ilim ve idare birikimi birle\u015fti\u011finde, s\u0131n\u0131r bir \u00e7izgi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar; adaletin ve marifetin yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u201cemniyet iklimi\u201dne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden Malazgirt\u2019i yaln\u0131z bir askeri destan olarak okumak eksik kal\u0131r: O, T\u00fcrk-K\u00fcrt-Arap ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n siyaseti kurumla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fcvenli\u011fi toplumsal adaletle ili\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir medeniyet hamlesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi, ASEAN veya Latin Amerika\u2019da canl\u0131 kalan \u201cortak g\u00fcvenlik\u201d \u015fuuru, bizim co\u011frafyam\u0131zda \u00e7o\u011fu kez ulusal anlat\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye Malazgirt\u2019i mill\u00ee bir anma olarak ya\u015fat\u0131rken, baz\u0131 \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 Arap ve K\u00fcrt haf\u0131zalar\u0131nda d\u00f6nem \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201ckaranl\u0131k\u201d etiketine indirgenebildi. Oysa Malazgirt\u2019in sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dirili\u015fi, Abbasi Araplar\u0131 ile Sel\u00e7uklu T\u00fcrklerinin ve K\u00fcrt beylerinin m\u00fc\u015fterek eseridir. Siyas\u00ee s\u0131n\u0131rlar b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e, zihn\u00ee s\u0131n\u0131rlar darald\u0131; ortak akl\u0131n mek\u00e2nlar\u0131\u2014medrese, vak\u0131f, kad\u0131l\u0131k\u2014bizi birbirimize ba\u011flayan hatlar olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
