Napolyon&#8217;un 1798 M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;\u0131 i\u015fgali ba\u015flayan T\u00fcrk-Arap ili\u015fkilerindeki k\u0131r\u0131lma s\u00fcreci Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in tahtan indirilmesi ile ciddi bir hareketlilik kazan\u0131yor. Birinci Cihan Harbi ve sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fananlar ise b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda hepimizin malumu. II. Abd\u00fclhamid d\u00f6neminde Arap alemi ile ili\u015fkiler konusunda Osmanl\u0131 siyaseti i\u00e7inde Araplar\u0131n ciddi etkisini m\u00fc\u015fahede edebiliyorsunuz. Suriyeli Eb\u00fcl H\u00fcda ve \u0130zzet Pa\u015fa, Libyal\u0131 \u015eeyh Zafir, Tunuslu Seyyid \u00d6mer, M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131 Mahmud Zeki vb\u2026 Bu isimler i\u00e7inde en dikkat \u00e7ekeni ise Suriyeli tarikat lideri oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen \u015feyh Ebul H\u00fcda idi. 1876 y\u0131l\u0131nda geldi\u011fi \u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede \u00fcnlendi ve Osmanl\u0131 saray\u0131nda bir makamdan di\u011ferine h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ebul H\u00fcda, Suriye&#8217;nin Halep \u015fehrine ba\u011fl\u0131 Han \u015eeyhun k\u00f6y\u00fcnde 1850 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya geldi. Fakir bir ailenin \u00e7ocu\u011fuydu. Ailesi ge\u00e7inmek i\u00e7in k\u00f6y k\u00f6y, harman harman dola\u015farak zahire toplamak, hediye ve adak bekleyerek ge\u00e7imlerini sa\u011fl\u0131yordu. As\u0131l ad\u0131 Muhammed b. Hasan Vadi idi. Babas\u0131 Hasan Vadi&#8217;nin as\u0131l mesle\u011fi \u00e7ift\u00e7ilikti. Babas\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta onu bir mahalle \u015feyhinin yan\u0131na vermi\u015fti. Burada Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim okumay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015fti. G\u00fczel bir sesi vard\u0131. Konu\u015fmas\u0131yla insanlar\u0131 etkiliyordu. Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n ailesi s\u0131k s\u0131k bedevi sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in terkedilen Matkin k\u00f6y\u00fcne bir m\u00fcddet sonra yerle\u015fti. Rufai \u015feyhlerinden \u015eeyh Ahmed es-Seyyadi de bu k\u00f6yde medfundu. Matkin k\u00f6y\u00fc Seyyadi&#8217;nin m\u00fclk\u00fc idi. Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n ailesi bo\u015f olan Matkin k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fczerlerine almak i\u00e7in sahte evraklarla kendilerinin Seyyadi soyundan oldu\u011funu iddia etti. \u0130lk ba\u015flarda Halep valisi taraf\u0131ndan reddedilen bu talep daha sonraki yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan kabul edildi. Bir m\u00fcddet sonra da kendilerinin Seyyadi&#8217;nin k\u0131z\u0131 Zeynep&#8217;in \u00fczerinden &#8216;Seyyid&#8217; soyundan oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fcler. Ebul H\u00fcda &#8216;Seyyidlik&#8217; \u00fcnvan\u0131 da ald\u0131ktan sonra Halep&#8217;teki Osmanl\u0131 yetkilileri aras\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ebul H\u00fcda, 1876 y\u0131l\u0131nda Halep&#8217;ten \u0130stanbul&#8217;a Halep&#8217;in Nakib\u00fc&#8217;l E\u015fraf&#8217;\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in gelmi\u015fti. Halep Nakib\u00fc&#8217;l E\u015fraf kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in Halep&#8217;ten de baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle \u0130stanbul&#8217;a gelmi\u015f, aylarca \u015eeyh\u00fc&#8217;l \u0130slam kap\u0131s\u0131na gidip geldikten sonra bu makam\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc elde edememi\u015fti. Ebul H\u00fcda da ge\u00e7inmek i\u00e7in bu kez Nuruosmaniye Caddesi&#8217;nde bir d\u00fckkan a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve burada \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fck\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede zekas\u0131 sayesinde epeyce m\u00fc\u015fteri edindi. Rufai tarikat\u0131 \u015feyhi oldu\u011funu iddia etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da &#8216;Arap Hoca&#8217; diye \u015f\u00f6hret kazand\u0131. Hastalara okur, fala bakar, muska yazar, b\u00fcy\u00fc yapar, darg\u0131nlar\u0131 bar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, hasretleri kavu\u015fturur, s\u00f6z\u00fcn k\u0131sas\u0131 her \u015feyi yapard\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden hayli para kazand\u0131, g\u00fczel yer ve i\u00e7er ve babas\u0131na har\u00e7l\u0131k bile g\u00f6nderirdi. \u00c7o\u011fu sofu, dervi\u015f-me\u015frep bu hurafata inan\u0131r, &#8216;Arap Hoca&#8217; diye \u00fcnlenen Ebul H\u00fcda efendinin kerametine inan\u0131r, evliyal\u0131\u011f\u0131na iman eden sad\u0131k ve temelli m\u00fc\u015fterileri olu\u015fmu\u015ftu. Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;ya inananlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu kad\u0131nd\u0131. \u00dcn\u00fc yay\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a Padi\u015fah&#8217;\u0131n saray\u0131ndan da gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar ve ya\u015fl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar onu tebdili k\u0131yafet ile ziyaret edelerlerdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PEYGAMBER R\u00dcYASI(!) \u0130LE ABD\u00dcLHAM\u0130D&#8217;\u0130N YANINA SIZDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in siyasetini ele\u015ftiren &#8216;Yeni Osmanl\u0131lar&#8217; Cemiyeti&#8217;ne mensup zatlar\u0131n e\u015fleri de Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;y\u0131 ziyaret ederlerdi. Padi\u015fah&#8217;\u0131n me\u015fruti idareyi ortadan kald\u0131rmaya Meclis-i Mebusan&#8217;\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tarak mutlak bir devlet idaresi kurmak i\u00e7in \u00e7are aramakta oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenen Ebul H\u00fcda, bunun \u00fczerine g\u00fcnlerce d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek bir yalan ile Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in huzuruna \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 hedefliyordu. Kurdu\u011fu plan \u015fuydu; r\u00fcyas\u0131nda Hz. Peygamber (sav)&#8217;i ve Seyyid Ahmed er-Rufai hazretlerini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yleyecek ve Onlar\u0131n da Halife Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;e mesajlar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu ve dikkatli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uyar\u0131da bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade edecekti. Hicaz Valisi Halet Pa\u015fa arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sultana ula\u015facakt\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede Halet Pa\u015fa \u00fczerinden Sultan&#8217;\u0131n makam\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan Ebul H\u00fcda, Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;e Hz. Peygamber (sav)&#8217;in ve Seyyid Ahmed er-Rufai hazretlerinin selam\u0131n\u0131 iletti ve 3 saat boyunca s\u00f6zde r\u00fcyas\u0131n\u0131 padi\u015faha anlatt\u0131. Halbuki Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n Hz. Peygamber ve Ahmed Rufai&#8217;nin a\u011fz\u0131ndan anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 r\u00fcyadaki emirler, hem Saray&#8217;daki hem de Yeni Osmanl\u0131lar Cemiyeti \u00fcyelerinin e\u015flerinden duydu\u011fu \u00e7o\u011fu ger\u00e7ek olaylar\u0131n aktar\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. Ebul H\u00fcda daha sonra Abd\u00fclhamid indindeki makam\u0131n\u0131 padi\u015fah\u0131n \u00fcvey annesi \u00fczerinden peki\u015ftirdi. Daha sonra s\u0131k s\u0131k &#8216;Ceddim Hz. Peygamber (sav) sultan\u0131ma r\u00fcyamda bunlar\u0131 aktarmam\u0131 istedi&#8217; deyip makama \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. Eb\u00fcl H\u00fcda, \u0130stanbul&#8217;a geldikten iki sene kadar sonra II. Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in \u015feyhi ve &#8216;Cinci Hoca&#8217;s\u0131 olarak Y\u0131ld\u0131z Saray\u0131&#8217;na \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yerle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Eb\u00fcl H\u00fcda, Abd\u00fclhamid ile bulu\u015fup saray \u015feyhi olunca ilk i\u015fi, aylarca kap\u0131s\u0131na gidip geldi\u011fi Me\u015fihat&#8217;a Halep&#8217;in Nakib\u00fc&#8217;l E\u015fraf kaymakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vazifesini babas\u0131na verdirmek oldu. O zaman \u015eeyh\u00fc&#8217;l \u0130slam bulunan \u00dcryanizade Esad Efendi&#8217;ye bu husus i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi adam, tayin emrini beraberinde g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc. Babas\u0131 Hasan Efendi, ailesi ile birlikte Han \u015eeyhun k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc b\u0131rakarak Halep&#8217;e yerle\u015fti. K\u00f6y k\u00f6y dola\u015f\u0131p zahire toplay\u0131p ge\u00e7imlerini sa\u011flamaktan da b\u00f6ylece kurtuldular. Aile k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede Halep ve \u015eam&#8217;da b\u00fcy\u00fck arsalar edindi. Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130stanbul ve Arap aleminde yay\u0131ld\u0131. Herkes h\u00fcnkar\u0131n yeni \u015feyhi ile bulu\u015fmak, ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek ve o sayede k\u00fclah kapmak hevesine d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Vekiller, valiler, mutasarr\u0131flar, din hocalar\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn memurlar onu memnun etmek i\u00e7in adeta yar\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Ebul H\u00fcda, etraf\u0131na toplanan bir\u00e7ok dalkavu\u011fun, ondan yard\u0131m g\u00f6rmek, bir fayda elde etmek i\u00e7in \u0130stanbul&#8217;a ko\u015fan Halepli, Ba\u011fdatl\u0131, Kahireli, Beyrutlu, Ciddeli, Kud\u00fcsl\u00fc, Basral\u0131 menfaatperestlerin telkin ve te\u015fvikleri ile ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc hi\u00e7 gerekmeyen, kendisinin ufak bir suretle bile ilgisi olmayan i\u015flere burnunu sokmaya, adamlar\u0131, mensuplar\u0131 i\u00e7in devlet dairelerini tavsiyelere bo\u011fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeyh\u00fc&#8217;l \u0130slaml\u0131k, dahiliye, hariciye, maarif ve Evkaf-\u0131 H\u00fcmayun Nezaretleri ile R\u00fcsumat ve \u015eehremanetleri Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;dan sorulur oldu. Bir\u00e7ok adam\u0131n\u0131, mutasar\u0131f, kaymakam, jurnalci, kaymakam, kad\u0131 ve evkaf m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc tayin ettirdi. Bir hayli Araplara, \u00f6zellikle kendisine intisap edenleri, hususiyle Halepli ve M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131lara r\u00fctbeler, ni\u015fanlar verdirdi. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck karde\u015fi Abd\u00fcrrezzak&#8217;\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;a getirterek Meclis-i Kebir-i Maarif&#8217;e aza yapt\u0131rd\u0131. O\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi makamlara yerle\u015ftirdi. Ailesine, akrabalar\u0131na ve arkada\u015flar\u0131na Halep ve \u015eam&#8217;da bir\u00e7ok arsa verdirdi ve hepsini \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revlere getirtti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABD\u00dcLHAM\u0130D&#8217;\u0130 JURNALLERLE KORKUTMA G\u0130R\u0130\u015e\u0130M\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid padi\u015fah olduktan sonra bir m\u00fcddet, vakitli vakitsiz kimseye haber vermeden, \u00e7ok kere kendi kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 iki atl\u0131 bir araba ile yan\u0131na bendegan\u0131ndan birini ve bir yaver alarak saraydan \u00e7\u0131kar, kah Bab\u0131ali, kah serasker kap\u0131s\u0131na ve kah Bab-\u0131 Me\u015fihat&#8217;a gider, \u0130stanbul&#8217;un her taraf\u0131nda gezer dola\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. H\u00fcnkar\u0131n b\u00f6yle ans\u0131z\u0131n kurumlara gelip gitmesini, her i\u015fe kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6tede beride gezip dola\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ho\u015f g\u00f6rmeyen v\u00fckeladan baz\u0131lar\u0131 onu halktan korkutmaya, saray\u0131nda kapal\u0131 bir bir hayat ya\u015fatmaya karar vermi\u015flerdi. Bu karar\u0131 tatbik etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;i yalanlar\u0131na inand\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. Saray&#8217;\u0131n baz\u0131 yerlerinde bombalar bulundu, halk\u0131n kendisinden rahats\u0131z oldu\u011funu iddia ettiler, b\u00fcy\u00fck ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck biraderlerine tevecc\u00fch\u00fcn oldu\u011funu ve bir\u00e7ok ayd\u0131n ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcn aleyhine kampanyalar y\u00fcrtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fcler. 1880 senesi ortalar\u0131nda zarf i\u00e7indeki bir jurnalde, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Saray\u0131&#8217;ndaki daire-i h\u00fcmayunun alt\u0131na bir varil dinamit konuldu\u011fu ve ans\u0131z\u0131n havaya u\u00e7urulaca\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131yordu. Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in kendisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kimse ile isti\u015fare etmesi istemeyen Ebul H\u00fcda da bu oyunu kuranlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekiyordu. Ya\u015fanan bir\u00e7ok olayla birlikte Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in vesvesesi artm\u0131\u015f ve korkusu artt\u0131k\u00e7a artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece Abd\u00fclhamid ile halk aras\u0131nda geni\u015f bir girdap a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kendilerine bendegan-\u0131 \u015fahaneden unvan\u0131 verilen, her getirilen ve ekseri uydurma olan y\u00fczlerce bazen binlerce jurnalin i\u00e7inde istediklerini Padi\u015fah&#8217;a sunuyorlard\u0131. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Saray\u0131&#8217;ndaki baz\u0131 menfaatperestler b\u00f6ylece, kendi makamlar\u0131na alternatif olabilecek de\u011ferli bir\u00e7ok \u015fahsiyeti jurnaller ile harcam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. H\u00fcnkar, bir husumet \u00e7emberi i\u00e7inde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 zannediyor ve kendisine en sad\u0131k adamlar\u0131ndan bile \u015f\u00fcphe etmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Bu vesile ile \u0130kbal tepesine do\u011fru ad\u0131m ad\u0131m y\u00fckselmek isteyenler de yalan ve dolanlarla jurnalcilik etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ebul H\u00fcda terfi ettirdi\u011fi ki\u015filer ve m\u00fcritlerini jurnalcilik i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131yordu. Bundan dolay\u0131 sadece \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki baz\u0131 \u015fahsiyetleri de\u011fil \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda tan\u0131nan Tunuslu Hayrettin Pa\u015fa, Cemalettin Afgani, Mahmud Alusi, Cemalettin Kas\u0131mi, Abdurrahman Kevakibi gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fc ismi yalan ve dolanlarla Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;e jurnalliyordu. Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi ve her cuma elini \u00f6pt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Libya&#8217;n\u0131n Misrata \u015fehrinden olan ve \u0130stanbul&#8217;da ya\u015fayan \u015eazeli dergah\u0131 \u015feyhi Zafir Efendi&#8217;yi de s\u0131k s\u0131k Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;e jurnalliyor ve onun dergah\u0131nda &#8216;Yeni Osmanl\u0131c\u0131lar&#8217;\u0131n biraraya geldi\u011fini iddia ediyordu. Hatta Ebul H\u00fcda bir ara, \u015feyh Zafir&#8217;in dergah\u0131na bomba yerle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in \u015feyh Zafir&#8217;in dergah\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Ebul H\u00fcda, Padi\u015fah\u0131n zaafiyet noktalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015fti. Bir yandan da onun s\u0131k s\u0131k huzura \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6renler ona b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131ymet ve ehemmiyet vermek mecburiyetinde kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Sarayda ba\u015flayan bu n\u00fcfuz, az zamanda geni\u015fledi ve Ebul H\u00fcda bu n\u00fcfuzunun hududunu bug\u00fcn Irak, Suriye, L\u00fcbnan, Filistin, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, M\u0131s\u0131r, Suudi Arabistan, Yemen ve K\u00f6rfez \u00fclkelerine kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekmeden uzatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00fclkelerde adamlar\u0131 vard\u0131. Ma\u011fribu&#8217;l Arabi veya Kuzey Afrika b\u00f6lgesi ahalisi Maliki mezhebinden olan\u0131 \u015eazeli \u015feyhi \u015eeyh Zafir&#8217;i sevdikleri i\u00e7in Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;ya gitmiyorlard\u0131. Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n son Yemen valisi Mahmud Nedim bey &#8216;Arabistan&#8217;a Bir \u00d6m\u00fcr&#8217; adl\u0131 hat\u0131rat\u0131nda der ki: &#8216;Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131&#8217;nda n\u00fcfuzu artt\u0131. Yava\u015f yava\u015f Arabistan&#8217;\u0131n muhtelif yerlerinde be\u011fenmedi\u011fi memurlar\u0131 att\u0131rarak kendi adamlar\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirdi. Kabile reisleri aras\u0131nda da ayn\u0131 \u015feyi yapt\u0131. Bir g\u00fcn geldi ki, hemen hemen her tarafa r\u00fcesay\u0131 memurin ve kabile \u015feyhleri hep Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n adamlar\u0131ndan m\u00fcrekkep oldu. Art\u0131k mesele kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130\u015f bu hali al\u0131nca, Ebul H\u00fcda, Sarayda her istedi\u011fini yapt\u0131ran bir adam olmu\u015ftu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir istedi\u011fi olmasa, mahrem bir emirle falan yerdeki bir veya birka\u00e7 a\u015fireti ayakland\u0131rmak onun i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 bir mesele de\u011fildi.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid ilk ba\u015flarda Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n jurnallerini Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n &#8216;Diviser Pour regner&#8217; (\u0130cray\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet etmek i\u00e7in aralar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131r) siyaseti \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kullansa da daha sonra bu ciddi bir problem olmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in bu siyaseti ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda i\u015fine yarasa da uzun s\u00fcreli bir siyasette yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok sevenini ve \u00f6nemli \u015fahsiyeti ondan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Abd\u00fclhamid bu siyaseti g\u00fctmesinden maksad\u0131 baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin aralar\u0131na fesat ve d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k koyarak kendi aleyhinde birle\u015fmemelerini temin etmekti. Fakat bu siyaseti uzun s\u00fcre devam edince toplum i\u00e7inde bir\u00e7ok huzursuzlu\u011fa neden oldu. Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in etraf\u0131nda olan Ebul H\u00fcda gibi muhterislerde bundan istifade ederek devlet dairelerine yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 ve dostlar\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SULTAN ABD\u00dcLHAM\u0130D: &#8216;O EBUL H\u00dcDA DE\u011e\u0130L, EBUL DELAL\u2026&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yemen&#8217;deki son Osmanl\u0131 valisi Mahmud Nedim bey &#8216;Arabistan&#8217;da Bir \u00d6m\u00fcr&#8217; adl\u0131 hat\u0131rat\u0131nda &#8216;Ebul H\u00fcda daima Arabistan i\u00e7in, Arabistan&#8217;\u0131n istiklali, Arabistan&#8217;\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 camias\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk zamanlar, Mahmutpa\u015fa yoku\u015funda dola\u015fan bir dervi\u015fken, saraya hen\u00fcz intisap etmi\u015f m\u00fctereddit, daha yuvas\u0131n\u0131 yapmam\u0131\u015f vaziyette oldu\u011fu zamanlar, belki onun b\u00f6yle bir fikri yoktu\u2026 Fakat sonralar\u0131, umdu\u011fundan pek daha \u00e7abuk, pek daha yak\u0131n bir zamanda Saraya s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7irebildi\u011fini, Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;i avucuna ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, biraz da, kendisinden daha evvel ecnebi entrikalar\u0131na kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n tahrik, te\u015fvik ve cesaretlendirmesiyle o da bu yola sapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8217; demektedir. Nedim bey hat\u0131rat\u0131nda Arabistan&#8217;da sorumlu oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde, Cidde, Mekke ve Medine aras\u0131nda Sait Bajiseyr ad\u0131nda bir gen\u00e7 Arap kabileler aras\u0131ndaki faaliyetlerinden \u015f\u00fcphelenmi\u015f ve o genci sorgulamas\u0131 sonras\u0131 Bajiseyr&#8217;in Ebul H\u00fcda ad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Arap kabileleri birbirine k\u0131rd\u0131rtt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Nedim bey, Hatice han\u0131m ad\u0131nda sonradan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015f \u0130ngiliz bir kad\u0131n\u0131n da Sait Bajiseyr ve Ebul H\u00fcda aras\u0131nda mektupla\u015fmalar\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bizzat kan\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Bajiseyr&#8217;in ayn\u0131 zamanda Cidde&#8217;deki \u0130ngiliz gemilerine girip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olay\u0131 Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;e aktarmak i\u00e7in y\u0131llarca k\u0131vrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Nedim bey, olay\u0131 hangi Osmanl\u0131 yetkilisine anlatt\u0131 ise &#8216;Aman evlad\u0131m bu konuyu kapat. Sultan\u0131m\u0131z Ebul H\u00fcda Efendi&#8217;yi \u00e7ok sever. Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n n\u00fcfuzundan dolay\u0131 da i\u015finden olursun&#8217; derler. Bu olaylardan sonra Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n Suriye, Irak, Necid, Filistin k\u0131talar\u0131ndaki etkisinden rahats\u0131z olan Nedim bey, Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n oyunlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok Osmanl\u0131 askerinin \u015fehid olmas\u0131na y\u00fcre\u011fi dayanamaz ve bu y\u0131lan\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ezmek i\u00e7in y\u0131llar sonra padi\u015fah\u0131n huzuruna \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in her yolu dener. Nedim beyin bir\u00e7ok \u015feyin fark\u0131na vard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren Ebul H\u00fcda, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Saray\u0131&#8217;ndaki adamlar\u0131na Nedim beyi Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in huzuruna \u00e7\u0131karmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in emirler verir. Seneler sonras\u0131 Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul&#8217;a gelen Nedim bey, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Saray\u0131&#8217;nda kendisini \u00e7ok seven K\u0131zlar A\u011fas\u0131 Abd\u00fclgani A\u011fay\u0131 ziyaret eder ve onun tavassutu ile Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in huzuruna \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Gelin olay\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 Nedim beyin hat\u0131rat\u0131ndan okuyal\u0131m, &#8216;Gene Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya idik, bu sefer Sultan\u0131n huzuruna hangi vesile ve sebeple \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 \u015fimdi pek hat\u0131rlayam\u0131yorum, ancak, benim b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncem Ebul H\u00fcda meselesini a\u00e7mak ve Padi\u015faha bu adam\u0131n i\u00e7 y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc, oldu\u011fu gibi s\u00f6yleyebilmekten ibaretti. Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in de &#8216;Bu fena bir adamd\u0131r, \u015f\u00fcphe yok\u2026&#8217; dedi\u011fini bildirir. Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in de kendi ifadesiyle \u00f6nce Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n fasit y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6remedi\u011fini ge\u00e7 fark\u0131na vard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kay\u0131t d\u00fc\u015fen Mahmud Nedim, Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in b\u00fct\u00fcn bu hakikatleri bilmesine ra\u011fmen Ebul H\u00fcda hakk\u0131nda bir takip ba\u015flatmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak yava\u015f yava\u015f ondan uzak durdu\u011funu belirtir.<\/p>\n<p>1890&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan sonra her cuma, Hamidiye Camii&#8217;nde m\u00fcritleriyle birlikte en \u00f6nlerde duran Ebul H\u00fcda, mutat olarak camiye gelmemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Padi\u015fah&#8217;tan bir \u015fey istemi\u015f de verilmemi\u015f ve yahut kendisine e\u011fri bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissetmi\u015f olmas\u0131 idi. \u0130\u015fte bu sebepten dolay\u0131 Ebul H\u00fcda s\u0131k s\u0131k yalandan hasta oluyordu. Abd\u00fclhamid art\u0131k onun evliyal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve zaman\u0131n kutbu oldu\u011funa inanm\u0131yordu. \u00dcf\u00fcr\u00fck\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, hurafat\u0131n ve r\u00fcya ile siyaset g\u00fctmenin bat\u0131l bir itikat oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Padi\u015fahtaki bu de\u011fi\u015fimi sezen Ebul H\u00fcda, art\u0131k Hz. Peygamber (sav)&#8217;i ve Seyyid Ahmed er-Rufai hazretlerini r\u00fcyas\u0131nda g\u00f6rmez olmu\u015ftu. Onlar taraf\u0131ndan manevi emirler tebli\u011f etmekten de vazge\u00e7mi\u015fti. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc padi\u015fah\u0131n art\u0131k bu gibi \u015feylere inanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid de Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerine eskisi gibi ehemmiyet vermiyordu. Bunun i\u00e7in de Ebul H\u00fcda, hususiyle bir umdu\u011funu elde edemeyince, hastal\u0131k bahanesiyle darg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissettirerek kafa tutmaya yelteniyordu. Padi\u015fah&#8217;\u0131n bu tavr\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Ebul H\u00fcda&#8217;n\u0131n etraf\u0131nda herg\u00fcn toplanan binlerce insan yava\u015f yava\u015f etraf\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Me\u015frutiyetin ilan\u0131n\u0131 takip eden g\u00fcnlerde de hemen hemen etraf\u0131nda art\u0131k hi\u00e7 kimse kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 Saray\u0131&#8217;nda 33 y\u0131l y\u00fcksek mevkileri i\u015fgal eden Ebul H\u00fcda, Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid \u0130ttihat ve Terakki taraf\u0131ndan iktidardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmeden \u00f6nce bir rivayete g\u00f6re B\u00fcy\u00fckada&#8217;daki evine yerle\u015fir, bir ba\u015fka rivayete g\u00f6re de hapsedilir. Ebul H\u00fcda, 28 Mart 1909&#8217;da B\u00fcy\u00fck Ada&#8217;da g\u00f6z hapsinde iken vefat eder, vasiyeti gere\u011fi Be\u015fikta\u015f&#8217;taki dergah\u0131n\u0131n haz\u00eeresine defnedilir.
