Modern romanlardaki say\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda klasik romanlar\u0131n yeniden raflara geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flad\u0131. Frans\u0131z edebiyat\u0131ndan Rus edebiyat\u0131na, \u0130spanyol edebiyat\u0131ndan \u0130ngiliz edebiyat\u0131na ve hatta \u00c7in, Hint ve Japon edebiyat\u0131na kadar roman sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck patlama, herkesin dikkatini celp etmektedir. Bu inti\u015far\u0131n nedeni, k\u00fcreselle\u015fen d\u00fcnyam\u0131zdaki insanlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri tan\u0131ma g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc m\u00fc, yoksa farkl\u0131 aray\u0131\u015flar m\u0131 bunu s\u00f6ylemek i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz \u00e7ok erken. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc etkenlerin \u00e7oklu\u011fu ve b\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye de\u011fi\u015fiklik arz etmesi romana olan bu yo\u011fun ilginin nedenini hen\u00fcz tam ortaya koyamamaktad\u0131r nazar\u0131m\u0131zda. Ama \u015fu bir hakikat ki, insano\u011flu ilk g\u00fcnden beri hik\u00e2yelerle kendi hakiki \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde devinim g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde oldu\u011fu gibi, Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda da son zamanlarda romana \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ilgi var. Ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131lda M\u0131s\u0131r eksenli olan Arap roman\u0131 bug\u00fcn ma\u015fr\u0131k, ma\u011frip ve K\u00f6rfez b\u00f6lgelerinde daha h\u0131zl\u0131 bir yayg\u0131nl\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Zengin Arap yaz\u0131n gelene\u011fine ra\u011fmen, Bat\u0131\u2019da bilindi\u011fi \u015fekliyle roman, Araplar i\u00e7in yeni bir formdur. 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flayan Arap romanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki \u00f6nemli isimleri aras\u0131nda Tevfik el-Hakim, Halil Cibran, Mustafa L\u00fctfi el-Menfaluti, M. Sad\u0131k er-Rafi\u00ee, Mihail Nuayme, \u0130brahim Nasrullah, Necib Mahfuz, Gassan Kenefani, Cemal Gitani, Elias Khoury, Seyyid Kutup, Taha H\u00fcseyin, Abbas Mahmud Akkad, Emile Habibi, Necip el-Kiylani, Corci Zeydan, Muhammed Teym\u00fcr, Meryem Ziyada vb. bir\u00e7ok isim bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki Arap romanlar\u0131nda hik\u00e2ye, \u00f6zya\u015fam\u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc, fabl ve pasti\u015f tarz\u0131 daha \u00e7ok h\u00e2kimdi. Fakat son y\u0131llarda Bat\u0131 tarz\u0131 romanc\u0131l\u0131k yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Filistinli \u00fcnl\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr Edward Said, Arap roman\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlarken \u015funlar\u0131 not d\u00fc\u015fer: \u201cOkuyucusunu ve yazarlar\u0131n\u0131, y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck sosyal ve tarihsel karga\u015falar\u0131na bula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p zafer ve yenilgilerini payla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan dolu dolu bir formdur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda, 18. y\u00fczy\u0131lda emperyalist sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 verilen m\u00fccadele ile \u201cdireni\u015f edebiyat\u0131\u201d, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Amerikan k\u0131tas\u0131na hicret ile \u201cg\u00f6\u00e7 edebiyat\u0131\u201d ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda diktat\u00f6r rejimlerin bask\u0131lar\u0131 ile de \u201ccezaevi edebiyat\u0131\u201d do\u011fmu\u015ftur ve bu yeni edebiyat t\u00fcrleri Arap edebiyat\u0131 literat\u00fcr\u00fcne girmi\u015ftir. Arap roman\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda eksantrik, metaforik, nostaljik, \u015fiirsel ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc aforizmalar da ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Arap \u00e2leminde son y\u0131llarda yay\u0131mlanan kitaplar bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle o \u00fclkenin i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu durumu, \u015fartlar\u0131 ve tart\u0131\u015fma konular\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6zetliyor. Biz de bundan hareketle son y\u0131llarda Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda okunan belli ba\u015fl\u0131 romanlar\u0131 sizin i\u00e7in se\u00e7tik.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-Frankenstein Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ABD\u2019nin Irak i\u015fgali sonras\u0131 bir\u00e7ok roman yaz\u0131ld\u0131 fakat bunlar aras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok ses getireni Irakl\u0131 yazar Ahmed Sadavi\u2019nin kaleme alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u201cFrankenstein Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta\u201d adl\u0131 romand\u0131r. Hemen her hafta onlarca intihar sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu Irak\u2019taki ya\u015fam\u0131 konu edinen Sadavi\u2019nin bu roman\u0131nda, 2005 k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0ter\u00f6r sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden insanlar\u0131n ceset par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131 toplayan ve daha \u00f6nceden eskicilik yapan Hadi el-Attak\u2019\u0131n hik\u00e2yesi anlat\u0131l\u0131yor.\u00a0El-Attak, toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ceset par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirince ilgin\u00e7 insans\u0131 bir yarat\u0131k meydana gelir. Yarat\u0131k, cesedini te\u015fkil eden b\u00fct\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131n (par\u00e7a sahiplerinin) \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olan katillerden \u00f6\u00e7 almak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir intikam oyunu ba\u015flat\u0131r. Ba\u011fdat sokaklar\u0131\u00a0heyecanl\u0131\u00a0ve bir\u00e7ok ki\u015finin\u00a0kaderini etkileyecek kovalamacalara sahne olur. Bir ki\u015fi hari\u00e7 herkes bu inan\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 hik\u00e2yeye g\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. O ki\u015fi hik\u00e2yeyi ilgin\u00e7 ve e\u011flenceli buldu\u011funu ancak ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. M\u0131s\u0131r eski Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 H\u00fcsn\u00fc M\u00fcbarek\u2019in devrildi\u011fi g\u00fcnlerde kaleme al\u0131nan kitap, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da ya\u015fanan darbeyi \u00f6ng\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Devrimin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131 bizim hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015ftirdi. Kendi \u00f6zel hayat\u0131m\u0131z arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ve aram\u0131zdaki olan ili\u015fkilerimizi derinden sarst\u0131. Nas\u0131l oldu bilmem ama oldu i\u015fte. Sanki hepimiz bir \u015feyle ba\u011fl\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibiydik sonra o \u015fey koptu kopunca da daha \u00f6zg\u00fcrce hareket etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k ya da sanki bir \u00f6rt\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yorduk ve birdenbire f\u0131rt\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 bu \u00f6rt\u00fcy\u00fc u\u00e7urdu da birbirimizi daha iyi g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u00d6zetlersem daha \u00f6zg\u00fcr olduk. Belki de tam anlam\u0131yla \u00f6zg\u00fcr olamad\u0131k ama eskiye g\u00f6re daha \u00f6zg\u00fcrd\u00fck. Bu durum b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle hayat\u0131m\u0131za yans\u0131d\u0131. \u00c7ok okunan &#8220;\u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f Kap\u0131s\u0131&#8221; roman\u0131 di\u011fer romanlardan farkl\u0131yd\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sayfalar\u0131nda anlat\u0131lan olaylar kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131ktan \u00e7ok sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
